Space Clarence Mews offers a variety of well-equipped spaces suitable for a wide range of leisure, sport, and community activities. Whether you’re planning a class, hosting an event, or running a regular group, our flexible facilities can be tailored to your needs.

Studio

Capacity: 15 people (min 1)
Pricing: Variable pricing

Studio space with sprung floor, available for practice, rehearsals and research (not available to hire for teaching classes or for holding auditions). Equipped for aerial rigging. Usually a Harlequin dance floor covers the whole floor; occasionally this may be removed, leaving a wooden floor. Please read the conditions of use to make sure this space is suitable for your needs.

Toilets available: one toilet with step-free access, and one toilet up a flight of stairs

Equipment & services

A small kitchenette is available, shared between studio and skyroom users. The kitchenette includes a kettle, mugs, plates, bowl, a small fridge and a microwave. It is located on the first floor, accessible via stairs only (no lift available)

Sound system and smaller speaker available in the studio. Options to connect via bluetooth or via a headphone plug.

Skyroom

Capacity: 1 people
Pricing: Variable pricing

Small room for individual writing / drawing / body work, with access to a balcony. The Skyroom is located above the studio, and is best suited for silent work so as not to disturb those working in the studio. Access to kitchenette and bathroom is shared with studio users. Please read the Skyroom conditions of use, to make sure that the space is suitable for your needs.
